This weekend, I took time out of my busy schedule because my friend invited me to the Lincoln Park Zoo. He told me that it was free and I can\u2019t turn down a cheap date.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Once we were there, we realized why it’s free – there are no animals! I’m not sure if it was because of the scorching heat or what, but half the enclosures were empty. That was pretty disappointing. Thankfully the primate section was all stocked up with monkeys – those guys are my favorite.<\/span><\/h4>\n

I bet you guys didn’t know that Rise of the Planet of the Apes is one of my all-time favorite movies. You should check out my old blog where I reviewed the movie. Anyway, it was a hot, fun day and I’m glad I took a break to be a little spontaneous.<\/span><\/h4>\n
