Season starts in March and I do plan on winning these shows. I&#8217;m not being arrogant, but with the proper training, nutrition, knowledge and determination anyone can win. When I was competing back in 2011 and I realized that I diet too hard and even though I was ripped; I wasn&#8217;t what the judges were looking for. This year, I&#8217;m going to be on a strict 2200 calorie diet. Counting calories was a pain in the beginning, but after a few days you started to calculate your meals without looking it up on the web.
