You know me, I love to workout. The problem is that I only workout in the morning because it&#8217;s how I start my day but he only had time to train in the afternoon. I didn&#8217;t want to ruin my routine or miss training with him, so I continued with my routine in the morning at my gym, thinking that I would have enough strength to fit in another workout 4 hours later at his gym. \u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\">Little did I expected, I&#8217;ve over estimated my endurance. My buddy is 50 pounds lighter and when we train I always add more weight when it&#8217;s my turn to lift; however, this time I was lifting the same or less than he did. I didn&#8217;t mention to him that I trained in the morning because he would think I was cheating on him. So the whole time, he keep mentioning how much more he can lift than me.
