I know a bunch of muscle magazines swear by it, but the truth is you can&#8217;t. You can&#8217;t build muscle and loss body fat at the same time unless you just started training from a very long break or you are taking drug enhancements.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\">The fact is, if you burn more calories than you consume, then you will lose weight. It&#8217;s also true that if you want to gain more muscle then you have to eat more than what your body burns. After a few weeks, if you feel your strength has decreased then you are cutting your calories too hard. The solution for that is to re-adjust your calories.
