I figured I would try\u00a0Pilates\u00a0to work on my breathing and core. After a few sessions, I could feel a huge\u00a0difference in my body. I\u2019m able to take deeper breaths to push the heavy weights on my training day. Also, it works out the smaller muscle group that are not focused on weight lifting days.
