I\u2019m getting ready for another week long of video shoots for Andrew Christian starting Monday. It\u2019s a bummer that it is right after the 3 day weekend for 4th of July and a wedding I attended. \u00a0Being a underwear\/ fitness model is not easy, it takes great discipline and commitment. The 4th of July weekend consisted of beer, simple carbs, BBQ meat and all the bad stuff you can imagine. <\/span><\/h3>\n

The best part about the weekend was hanging with friends and family, but keeping this body is high maintenance was tough. I could have eaten everything in sight, but I only allow myself a few drinks to celebrate the holidays, and stuck with all protein diet through out the weekend. I have an image to represent and I always want to look my best for my fans.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
