Then you guys need to listen up. If you have been doing the same type of cardio for the same amount of intensity and time, then it\u2019s time to change it up. Your body starts to adapt to your workouts no matter how difficult it is. The time frame that it takes for your body to adjust is around 4 to 6 weeks. Your body is pretty smart because it will learn your movements \u00a0in order to conserve your energy. It\u2019s good for the body if you are a day laborer, but bad if you have a goal to transform your body.\u00a0 <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #666699;\">Instead, try increasing your intensity and decreasing your time frame.
