Well Sunday was certainly busy for me as I headed back home from LA. Christmas Day I was with my family in San Jose then went to LA for dinner and stayed the night. Then this afternoon I drove back to the Bay Area. But before my long drive today, I had to stop by and get an energizing bowl of Pho. For those of you who don\u2019t know about pho, it is traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup. I guess you can say I have PhoFever sometimes. My favorite is Ph\u1ed1 \u0110\u1eafc Bi\u1ec7t which is noodles with steak, flank, brisket, tendon & tripe with a bunch of veggies, sprouts, and peppers. If you haven\u2019t tried it yet, you really need to have it at least once. It is perfect on cold days or when you are not feeling well, or just went you need some energy and a big boost.<\/p>\n

So go out and find a Pho restaurant near you and tell me your favorite type of Pho.<\/p>\n
