I need bigger weights to build up my maximum muscles so I have been trying to think of ways to get creative with what\u2019s available to me.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\">One of my favorite exercises to do is a dumbbell overhead shoulder press. I can do reps no problem with my gym\u2019s heaviest dumbbell &#8211; 110 pounds. Most people would probably think being able to lift 110 pounds overhead no problem is a great thing, and it is an accomplishment, but I\u2019m striving for more. So, part of getting creative was to start doing my dumbbell overhead shoulder presses with the added weight from my most recent purchase, weighted wrist straps.
