It sucks because it decreases my performance. I really don\u2019t have time to get injured or have my muscles move improperly. I recently purchased a form roller to loosen my chest, they get extremely tight and knotted up after some heavy bench press. I can tell you that after a few days with the form roller, I feel fully recovered for my next bench day.
