Before the Race<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

My friends and I created a group for the Spartan Race this past weekend in Los Angeles, called the Dirty 30\u2019s. We picked red shirts to stand out from the rest of the crowd. Little did we know, when we arrived to the event there were over 200 staff members wearing the same color shirts we were. At the end of the race, our shirt color didn\u2019t matter since they were all covered in mud. We climb over walls, dunked in mud, crawled through chain links, ran uphill, and I can\u2019t forget that we did a bunch of burpees. It was a fun event and something I would do again during my powerlifting off season.<\/span><\/h3>\n
