Once in a while I\u2019m free Saturday mornings; so this past Saturday I decided to catch up with my buddies who go hiking every weekend. They always plan cool places to go hiking and as a favor to me they choose a place in Redwood City near my house. I\u2019m normally stuck Saturday mornings in the gym with clients, so this was great that I could get some fresh air and get an outdoor workout.<\/h4>\n

Because I\u2019ve been training on the stairmaster for my competition, I passed-up everyone on the hike. I would occasionally stop and take photos; this also let my friends have time to catch up. Here are some photos:<\/h4>\n
