Most of the time when I bring guests from other gyms to my Gold’s Gym, they are surprised that so many of our members are in great shape. I usually respond that it’s normal to see a few competition bodybuilders in every Gold\u2019s gym because people who are serious about fitness go to Gold\u2019s. I just got back to my hotel after going to the Gold’s Gym in Las Vegas. I was shocked that 75% of the members looked like they were ready to compete. Of course I need to factor in that the USA competition is this week, so many of the people in there are probably here for that. I tried to take a few snap shots of the competitors, but some of them thought I was hitting on them.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Wish me luck. I compete tomorrow, Saturday, July 30th in the Men’s Physique Class B for the USA title.<\/span><\/h4>\n
