When I wrestled on the team, I was trained by the Fresno State football team head trainer. His main goal was to make people big and strong. He said to me, &#8220;less is more.&#8221; I thought to myself there is no way that my workouts can be done in only 5 minutes a day 3 times a week. I used to train at least 1 \u00bd hours in the gym every day.
