When I was growing up, I thought that jacking off or talking about it was embarrassing. None of my friends or family talked about it or showed you how to do it; I thought it was a bad thing. I mean, my parents wouldn’t allow me to watch MTV back then because it promoted sex. From 7th – 10th grades, I made an annual resolution not to jack off anymore. My longest streak was 10 days. My hormones were raging and I couldn\u2019t control myself. After that, I realized I shouldn’t make impossible New Year’s resolutions; so here are my resolutions for 2012:<\/span><\/h4>\n

1) Completely stop training clients on Tuesday and Thursday, so I have more time for myself<\/span><\/h4>\n

2) Hang out with friends at least once a week<\/span><\/h4>\n

3) Make sure every Wednesday is really a Hump Day<\/span><\/h4>\n
