The Hunger Games

When I travel, I like to bring a book about fitness or science to read when I relax. A friend recommended The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins to read while I’m in Japan. This is new for me, since I rarely read fictional books. But maybe I need to escape from the subjects I normally read and try something different.

Here are the points that sold me on this book:

1. It is written by New York Times Bestselling Author

2. Many of my friends recommended it

3. So far, it is an easy read

  1. If Hollywood wasn’t already whitewashing the movies I would nominate you to play Finnick Odair in Catching Fire. Sex symbol incarnate = the Fever, right?

  2. You may like Clean by Alejandro Junger, about maintaining your youth, Robert Green’s “seduction” and “49 laws of power” is super great. Watch it with “Tudors ” and the book becomes more vivid!

  3. The Hunger Games is a great book. I hope you enjoy it. And, as a library student, it’s fucking sexier than hell that you read. That fact alone makes me like you more.

  4. Could always try the Ludlum books, he wrote the Bourne Series. Face paced, interesting and can be a quick read depending on the amount of time you have. I’ve put one away after two days 🙂

Good luck on the new reading adventure!
