What a day. With all the heavy lifting I do, I somehow managed to hurt myself. I know what you are thinking that I hurt myself jerking off. If it were from masturbating, the injury would be more severe.
I actually hurt myself on a machine chest press. I heard a pop on my wrist. I think my grip wasn’t used to the angle of the bar with all that weight. I was so cautious that I went to an acupuncturist the same day and I’m glad I had because no it is less painful. So now I’m only allowed to do cardio for a while, which is why you see my ass on the bike.
