There’s some really big news this weekend! Ireland has just approved same sex marriages! It’s the first nation to fully accept same sex marriage! I can’t express how happy I am to hear this news and congratulations to those in Ireland! Hopefully other countries will start following this social change of acceptance. I want to hear some stories from those of you in Ireland so leave me some comments!
I’m truly proud of my country approving same sex marriage and especially by public vote. We even had parts of Dublin (where I live) approve it by 80%. It’s a huge moral boost and I’m especially happy now that this gives children of same sex couples the same rights as a children from a hetero-sexual marriage. All families and people equal under the law is an amazing achievement considering gay sex was only made legal in the early 1990’s. Hopefully we will see this happen across the world for more and more countries.

I wish that every state approves the same sex marriage in USA and also in Italy.
