Now that Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is around the corner. I hear a lot of people setting their fitness goals after the holidays. It’s great, but there’s no perfect time to start on your fitness goals. Why wait for over a month to start something you have putting off for months, when you can start today. I’ve been training clients for years now and the ones getting the results, are the ones understand that fitness is a lifestyle. Your fitness routine doesn’t stop because of holidays, you keep at until you reach your goal. So set your fitness goals, and start today.
