Students and Athletes at 10 British Universities get NAKED for Various Charities

It’s apparently the in thing for college students in Britain — get naked for a charity calendar. The list of 10 by the website The Tab includes several sports teams, including our friends at Warwick rowing.

The Warwick rowers have a thriving concern going as they raise money to fight homophobia. The list of charities supported by the other universities shows a lot of worthy causes, including cancer research, mental health, dementia, menengitis and breast cancer. What better reason for young men and women to strip?

It’s hard to see similar calendars catching on at American colleges. We’re much more hung up on showing nudity, even tastefully as do these calendars.
