People ask me if I’m a cat or dog person, I say both because I consider myself as an animal lover. I love cats, dogs and everything in between. I want you guys to meet Ralph, people mistaken him with Ewok from Star Wars. He is a much smaller version and likes eating cat food. My friend went out of town and I volunteer to watch over little Ralph. This little guy has been keeping me company and warm during the cold nights here in Chicago. That’s what best friends are for!
Peter, most dogs like cat food. Don’t feed it to him! My dog’s vet explained that the reason they like it is that cat food is very rich. Cats do not digest food as well as dogs so they need food that is much more nutritionally dense. That is what makes cat food so tasty to dogs. But this makes the food dangerous for dogs. It will damage their kidneys and harm other organs. Ask your vet. You have a very cute dog.
