I like to work hard to obtain a hard body, but sometimes I just need a break and do something different. I figured I would try Pilates to work on my breathing and core. After a few sessions, I could feel a huge difference in my body. I’m able to take deeper breaths to push the heavy weights on my training day. Also, it works out the smaller muscle group that are not focused on weight lifting days. I would recommend Pilates to anyone ranging from beginner to advance weight lifting experience. Give it a shot, it will make your training more diverse.
