My buddy is in town and he wanted to workout. You know me, I love to workout. The problem is that I only workout in the morning because it’s how I start my day but he only had time to train in the afternoon. I didn’t want to ruin my routine or miss training with him, so I continued with my routine in the morning at my gym, thinking that I would have enough strength to fit in another workout 4 hours later at his gym.
Little did I expected, I’ve over estimated my endurance. My buddy is 50 pounds lighter and when we train I always add more weight when it’s my turn to lift; however, this time I was lifting the same or less than he did. I didn’t mention to him that I trained in the morning because he would think I was cheating on him. So the whole time, he keep mentioning how much more he can lift than me. I was fine with it because for once I’ll give him the spot light!

If he reads this, of course, he’ll know you were “cheating on him” (funny idea in this context). Kind of you to let him think he could outlift you — nice that you’re secure enough in what you know to be true not to be bothered by the situation.
that’s a good training keep healthy
