I’m sure you have heard or watched all the advertisement about Amazon’s Prime Day. It’s suppose to be bigger and better than Black Friday in terms of deals. They figured if Alibaba created an online shopping day called Singles day in China, then Amazon can surely to the same. I applauded them for trying, but I was very disappointed with Prime Day.
I’m a big time shopper on Amazon and I love Black Friday deals. The night before I was planning on doing some serious shopping, but I ended up only buying one pair of jeans. It was a bad experience and felt like I wasted my time. I stayed up until midnight to be the first shopper on prime day, but the site didn’t upload their sales until 12:15 PM. The site navigation was so confusing that I only saw lighting deals and no prime day deals. I called it a night at 12:30 AM.
The next morning, my SlickDeals email notification told me of prime day deals with a link that I was able to find the deals they were promoting. It was just stupid; I had to go websites outside of Amazon.com to find Prime day deals. All that hype for nothing, fail!
I feel your pain. You work hard to save your money and I don’t blame that you wanted to get more for your money. Amazon should get their act together. I still love your 2015 calender. I hope that there is a 2016 calender. Good luck to the future.
