I’m into technology and fitness, that is why you never see me without my Fitbit Surge watch. This watch has the basic functions like telling time and date, but what I love about this to much is how it tracks my health. When I was debating to buy the Fitbit surge vs the Apple Watch, the advantage of the former is that the life battery will last a week. It’s great because I don’t have to charge it everyday and if I do it only takes about 15 minutes.
Fitness wise, the Fitbit tracks my steps, my heart rate, the calories I burned in my workout, monitors my sleep, and receives text messages. It displays a lot of the information in graphs which are easy to read. I have a few friends with Fitbits and we all do the weekend hustle challenge to see how many steps you can get in 5 days. I usually get 9,000 steps in a day, but some of my other friends do 20,000 steps a day. That equates to 10 miles of walking, but that’s partly because they live outside the states, where they usually walk more.
Your smart watch look like a winner. I can’t wait to see future installment. Good luck in 2016.
Will probably use this manage my horrific sleep schedule lol
What’s wrong with your sleep schedule?
