Ever since I came back from Italy, I have felt the need have small doses of pre-workout in the morning and when I need a pick me up to help me adjust back to California time zone. I occasionally take a pre-workout shake before I start my training but now I’m getting hooked to the point where I take it even when I’m not working out. My tolerance has gone up to where the maximum recommended scoops does nothing for me. Now, I drink it for the taste. I hope I don’t get caffeine withdrawals when I go off it. All this started just to get over jet lag 🙂
