You don’t need fancy equipment or weights to build a great body, even during lockdown. Bodyweight training means you have your equipment with you everywhere you might go. High-intensity-interval-training, or Hiit, uses bodyweight calisthenics done in sequence to shift your metabolism into high gear and build your muscles in the process. So as long as you have floor space enough to stand and get down into plank and pushup positions, a space at home is all you need.
Our gorgeous instructor for today is renowned Miami trainer Chris Heria. The edgy tatted 29-year old is either part- or completely Asian-American, depending upon which bio you’re looking at. Some speculate that he’s 100% Filipino, but it’s more likely true that his father is Cuban and mother Chinese. In any case, he’s got great genetics and you’ll watch him working out with enthusiasm! Here Chris guides you through ten minutes of Hiit that will kick the butt of your usual ten minutes on the treadmill or exercise bike.
Once you finish your ten minutes of hell, reward yourself with a trip to PeterFever!
