I’ve been getting a lot of questions and the one question that comes up the most is, “Diet Coke, is it Good for You?” For the people who love soda, keep reading because it’s going to get interesting.

Recent studies show people who drink at least two diet sodas per day experienced a waist-size increase that was six times greater than those who didn’t drink diet soda. It also causes increased risk for heart disease, diabetes and other chronic conditions.

The point is if you are going to drink soda, drink the real stuff or better yet, drink water.

  1. Grocery stores lol. There is a brand called Fanta. I believe its a coca cola company brand. And it will just say pineapple soda on the label. Just look for any yellow bottle and most of the time it would pineapple soda. Its a great taste! Try even RiteAid or CVS I bought mine from them before.

  2. No beer or wine? lol. I don’t drink those, but I’m sure this poll will just be as high as the water was. I prefer pepsi or pineapple soda. I love soda! It’s my addicition. But your right. I should probably drink more water and/or juice. I’m not talking about orange juice more on the flavored orange juice like the brand Tang. (?)

    Which do you think is worst? Soda or smoking? Smoking for sure!

    You forgot the most popular drink in the world in terms of consumption (after water of course) : tea (green, yellow, white, oolong, black or post fermented). I don’t think it is popular is USA but it is very healthy and there are a so many varieties -- it is like wine, each tea have different color, mix of flavors …
