I went to Japan for the month of September and had a great time. But I couldn’t find a gym with free weights and I was eating & drinking everything because it tasted so good. When I got back October 1st, I realized I had gain a bunch of fat; I jumped to 14% body fat. I also lost muscle and felt like crap. That’s when I decided to get back in shape. I started following my PetePhysique diet and exercise program and 30 days later, I’m at 7% body fat. That’s right, 14% to 7% in less than 30 Days. In two more weeks, I will be back to 5% body fat where I like to be.
