One of my passions is being behind the camera. I want to share a tip with you that I’ve learned working with cameras. The one thing that both the photographer and model need to be aware of before shooting is the lighting. In photography 101, they teach you that lighting can make or break your photo. For muscle definition, the best angle to have the light shine is from above the model. The reason is that it creates a shadow that makes all your muscle striations pop. If you shine the light directly at the torso, your abs will get blown out and you lose your definition. Here are some photos to show you a difference when the light shines above. Go try it out!
You sure know how to poses for a photo. I wish that your photo/video was release on DVD format because I know that it will be a hit. Good luck in 2015.

I love your statement about lighting and how it can affected the photo/video. The wrong lighting can make you look that you need to get under some kind of light that will improve your appearance.
I learned something new!!! I’ll use from now on!! Thank you very much Peter! Can’t wait for the next one!
The photo is still great. I can’t wait to see future photo/video. Again good luck in 2015.
