If you have been lifting for over two years then you will know that having an ice pack is your best friend. There is no way that a lifter has never had an injury during their training. No matter how careful you are with your form and choosing your proper weight, an injury always creeps up. Whenever I feel like I have tweaked by muscles, I immediately ice it and take some Advil to decrease the inflammation. It’s best to apply an ice pack on a cloth to your injured area for 20-30 minutes with a minimum of 2 hours in between. The maximum amount you can do this in a day is 5 times. Also, more is better in this case to speed up the recovery process. I have three ice packs in my freezer all the time and you should at least have one if you lift frequently.
I enjoy your latest installment. I love the way that you told me how to keep myself healthy. I can’t wait to see future installment. Good luck to the future.
