After years of doing personal training and helping over a thousand clients get in better shape and feel better about themselves, I decided to write a collection of books to help and encourage people to be fit. These books help everyone from a slim person who can’t seem to bulk up to the large person who wants to tone down. No special equipment is needed and only 45 minutes, 3 days a week should be all you need to a happy, healthier, more fit you.
The Smart Guide to Weight Training
The first book Pete Physique – The Smart Guide to Weight Training is for all experience levels from novice to bodybuilder. I show you all the steps to improve your form, increase strength, create muscle definition, and develop your chiseled abs. The book breaks down the importance of diet, cardio, and resistance training in a way that is easy to understand and follow. I teach you about aerobic vs. anaerobic exercise and the ways to balance your training. I debunk the bodybuilding myths that people swear by and I show you how easily you can achieve the body of your dreams. If you follow my guidance and have the determination, you will have everything you need to take control of your life and body.
The second book Pete Physique – Exercise Routine includes instruction and workout programs for beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals to help you achieve your full potential. To build a ripped body like mine, you need to objectively measure your progress. The Exercise Routine shows you how to chart your progress and measure your strength. By recording your workouts, you will easy get yourself out from any plateau and track your progress to reach your goal. I give special instructions for rest time between sets for certain muscle groups to make it fun and easy to understand. There’s no need to play a guessing game. Certain muscle groups need more rest than others and that is a fact. Learn the facts from me in this book.
The third book is Pete Physique – Exercise Pictorial. There are many variations on exercising a muscle. I eliminate all the useless exercises and put all the important and ‘must know’ exercises to build defined muscles in this book. Every month someone invents a new type of exercise equipment, but I show you the basic and the best exercises you should know, where you only need free weights. I don’t believe you need to work with machines to achieve a muscular body. Each exercise comes with detailed instructions and photos from start to finish. This book will help build your confidence while training in a gym or at home. The Exercise Pictorial is the perfect conclusion to this three book set.
