My new bag just arrived this weekend. I was wearing it out to a bar to meet up with my friends. I guess not that many guys wear man bags in Chicago because a guy came up to me and asked me why I’m wearing a bag to a bar. I told him because my legs are so big that any type of jeans I wear is always tight and when they are tight I can’t put my smart phone, keys, or my wallet in my jeans. Having a man bag solves all those problem and my legs have more room to breath. The guy said that I was going to set a trend here.
I moved to Tokyo a few years ago and now whenever I go back to the States I forget that guys just stuff things into their pockets haha. (At least where I’m from.)
Whereas in Tokyo, bags are just another staple in a guys closet.
