If you can’t keep yourself distracted enough to do cardio, then this is for you. Like most people, we only do cardio for the purpose to lose fat and not for the enjoyment. Cardio is an aerobic exercise, where your heart rate is about 65 to 80 percent of your max rate heart. At this rate, your body is burning fat. If you go over 80 percent of your max heart rate, then your body starts to burn sugar and ideally this type of exercise is for performance drivers. This is what you call the anaerobic.
If you want to burn fat at its maximum potential, then start on doing super sets in your weight training. Begin by grouping three exercises where you complete one after another without any rest in between. Once you finished with those three exercises, then you can pat yourself on the back because that was one super set. Take a short break, 30 to 90 second rest period and do it again. Now you can be as creative as you want. Don’t worry about the reps, each exercise station should be about 20 – 60 seconds.
You can have many different super set stations as you like, but once you reached the 45 minute mark of your number out super sets, then you can call it a day. By doing this type of workout, your body goes between aerobic and anaerobic. As a result, you are constantly burning fat. So ditch the cardio and try this workout.
I wanted to thank you for your information about being healthy. Good luck to the future.
