Dinner for Two

Sometimes when I cook, I can’t decide how hungry I will be until I’m finished cooking. I mean I definitely don’t want to over do it because I have photo shoots coming up, but I do want to fill satisfied.  I’ve been training my ass off to lower my body fat for the bodybuilding competition and at the end of the day I just want to eat.

While I was cooking a heavy protein diet with vegetables, I decided what the heck; if I get too full I’ll just run it off.  There’s no point in making a small portion and then realize that I need to cook more food. I love to eat, but I hate to cook and clean up. So here is a photo of today’s serving size.

  1. No salad? Fill up with a lot of greens to start and then the vegis. By the time you get to the meat, you’ll only want half. Put it away for the next day. But if you’re working out, you’ll need the extra calories. Don’t starve yourself. My partner & usually just share a chicken breast. I try to go meatless a couple days a week. But I don’t mean that when it comes to sex. Remember to laugh today.
