I’m the master at swallowing big loads. With my years of experience of taking my vitamins in the morning, I can now shallow all my vitamins in one gulp.

I started taking amino acids because I was getting sore after my workouts and I wasn’t recovering fast enough. Those are the hardest pills because they are like horse pill and they are not made for small mouths.

I learn the trick is to take all my vitamins at once. I’ve added some advil this time because I hurt my ankle from doing wind sprints. I wish there was one pill that does everything, so I don’t have to open the bottle caps to all my vitamins.
