I’ve been recording myself beating my Personal Record (PR) at the gym and uploading them to Youtube. I don’t know about you guys, but I get so motivated when I watch guys my size lifting an incredible amount of weights. I hope my videos might inspire your workouts and give you guys goals as it does for me. I tell all of my clients that if they are lifting the same amount of weights today then a year from now their body will look the same. I’m always encourage everyone to increase their strength and weights.
The common questions I get from Youtube is why I don’t wear a belt. There are pros and cons on wearing a weight lifting belt while training. It’s great because it keeps your core in place during heavy lifts, but the downside is that your core doesn’t increase strength. Research has found that wearing a belt does help increase your lift. I rather do everything raw.
Here is a clip of me doing a raw 515b dead lift:
Amazing Peter. I have been a fan since day one and you look even better now. That is just awesome Dude. Can I ask why you lift in socks or barefoot? Seems a little dangerous? Must be a reason. Keep it up man.
_Everything_ raw?
The video was great. Belt or no Belt is a winner. I can’t wait to see how you will top this one. Good luck to the future.
