Look Good for Summer

Summer is in full swing and there are just a few weeks left to enjoy it, whether it’s out camping, pool parties, or at the beach. There’s one thing in common in these outdoors events and that’s being shirtless. With all the hard hours of training in the gym, the season has come to show off that body. One of the best tip I can give you this summer is, always finish our weight training with 20 – 30 minutes of cardio. This will help you burn off extra fat.

When you are training with weights, your body is burning sugar for energy. The best way to burn the most fat is spend 30- 45 minutes with weight training, then immediately do cardio at a medium intensity. If your cardio is too intense, then your body is back at burning sugar. Spending a little more time in the gym, will help you look good.
