5 Minute Shoulder Workout
You lower the weight for 5 seconds until the bar is at eye level and then you push-up for 5 seconds until you arms are straight, but not locked.

What type of weight are we talking here? Heavy? Light? % of our max?

The weight should be something you can do at least 5 reps of but no more than 7 reps. You should struggle on the last rep otherwise the weight is too light.
