Must Have Supplements

To this day, I still have people asking me what kind of supplements should they be taking. I don’t blame them, with the overload of information from the internet about the latest and greatest supplements, they tend to contradict each other. The supplement companies today are using the basic supplements and add a twist calling it their proprietary blend, but it’s doesn’t mean it’s better. It just means because it’s different, they have a new market to charge whatever they want. They want to to keep spending more and more on their supplements. Don’t worry about getting ripped off by these companies, I’m here to help.

Here’s what you need to know about supplements. These are the foundation to any level of fitness and must haves.

  1. Multi-vitamin

  2. Whey protein

  3. Creatine.

That’s it.

Anything else, will do little affect to your muscle growth and a will be a big dent on your wallet.
