Everyone has fitness goals, whether it’s losing body fat or gaining lean muscle. Although, you can’t do both at an intermediate lifting level, so you have to choose one or the other. I believe if you are at or above 15% body fat then that is when you start to cut the body fat to be in the single digit percentage. If you are below 15%, then your bulking continues until you hit 15% body fat.
