Serious gamers tell me they don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym because they have to get back to Gears of War 3 or CoD. So I’ve come up with some ideas how you can do both gaming and exercise.

     1.  Walk on a treadmill while playing. Your hands are still free and for first person shooters you can run with your character.

     2.  Ride a stationary bike that powers your Xbox and TV. For those of you with plasma TVs, you better peddle hard.

     3.  They say it is bad for your eyes if you get fixated on one screen, so have a second screen with www.PeterFever.com videos running.

     4.  In-between missions, jerk-off. This will allow you to exercise ALL of your muscles while keeping your hand-eye coordination intact for the next mission.

     5.  Finally, as a punishment for failing a mission, you must do 20 squats and 10 push-ups. This will either force you to play better or really give you a great workout.

  1. Do you play other video games or just xbox?
    I only have the red Wii game. Mhmm..I probably should get the xbox myself for christmas. Do you get to see other players via webcam?
