Men’s physique competition is around the corner. Season starts in March and I do plan on winning these shows. I’m not being arrogant, but with the proper training, nutrition, knowledge and determination anyone can win. When I was competing back in 2011 and I realized that I diet too hard and even though I was ripped; I wasn’t what the judges were looking for. This year, I’m going to be on a strict 2200 calorie diet. Counting calories was a pain in the beginning, but after a few days you started to calculate your meals without looking it up on the web. I’m used to eating around 3000 calories for bulking, so 800 calories less it’s too bad.
Do you have a food chart for counting carlories and can you introduce it to me? Many thanks!
